Q: What is your return policy?
A: We are 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your product or purchase, please email or phone us and we will work together to find a resolution.
Q: How long will it take for my items to ship?
A: Products ship anywhere from 1 business day up to four weeks from date of order. See product's specific listing for shipping estimates. Some items are custom and made to order and may take from four to six weeks to ship.
Q: Where are your products made?
A: Our products are all made in the USA in Dallas, Texas and New York, New York.
Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Yes. Email us regarding your specific question.
Q: What is the shipping charge?
A: For orders over $275, shipping is free! For orders less than $275, exact shipping will be calculated at check out. For reference, shipping charges range from $5 to $30.
Q: What carrier do you use to ship?
A: We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We determine the best carrier for each shipment depending on the destination and package size.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. However, international shipping rates vary from domestic shipping rates.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes. We offer custom Dane + Dale packaging and wrapping, including a card. Email us at orders@daneanddale.com for specific details.

Q: Do you offer personalization?
A: Yes. However, currently it is not an option when you place the order online. For specific requests, call or email us.
